Directions for use
1. Measure eggs and water into mixing bowl
2. Add Edlyn Classic Sponge Cake Mix
3. Using whisk, mix on speed 1 for 1 minute and scrape down sides
4. Mix on speed 3 for 6 - 10 minutes
Note: Bake time and temperature will vary with different ovens and pan sizes. As a suggested guide cook at 180 - 190 degrees celsuis for 20 - 25 min.
