Directions for use
1. Place cold water and eggs into bowl, then add Edlyn Utility Cake Mix
2. Using a whisk, mix on 1st speed (slow) for 1 min Scrape down bowl
3. Mix on 3rd speed for 4 min
4. Mix on 1st speed for 2 min
5. OPTIONAL: Blend fruit gentle into batter
6. Scale batter into tins or cake
For a bar cake or round tea cake, scale at 350g - 400g and bake at 180°C for 25 to 30 minutes.
For large block cakes (34cm x 18cm x 6.5cm), scale batter at 1.25kg and bake at 180°C for 65 to 75 minutes.
IMPORTANT: Finished batter temperature must be between 22°C to 26°C.
