Asian Soup with Chicken and Glass Noodles

Combine Majestic Chicken Booster mix with boiling water and stir until dissolved

Place cut ginger, smashed garlic, 1 sliced red chilli and chicken stock into a pot and return to a boil, place in chicken breast, reduce to a simmer and cook chicken for approx. 8 minutes

Once chicken is cooked, remove from pot, strain off stock through a fine sieve, into another pot, to remove aromatic spices
4.
Once cool enough to handle, place chicken onto a chopping board and dice into small cubes, set aside
5.
Add 1 sliced red chilli, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, fish sauce to the strained stock and return to the boil
6.
Add glass noodles until softened and transparent, add chopped spring onions, carrot julienne, cleaned bok choy, coriander leaves, lime juice and chicken meat
7.
Return to a boil just long enough to lightly soften the vegetables
8.
Place into serving bowls and garnish with fresh bean shoots, chopped spring onions and sprinkle with shallots
