Herb Crusted Turkey with Sage Gravy

Pre heat oven to 180c, in a hot pan sear turkey breasts on both sides to golden brown, place on roasting trays and season with salt and pepper

For the herb crust, place bread into food processor and pulse to a fine crumb, rub in mustard, then fold in orange zest, parsley and butter, pack over each breast

Place turkey in oven and cook for approximately 12-15 minutes

When turkey is almost cooked, add cherry tomatoes to trays on roast for 3 minutes

Combine Majestic Rich Brown Gravy Mix with cold water and mix until free from lumps, bring to boil with chopped sage, stir constantly, once boiled, reduce the heat and simmer for 2 minutes, stir occasionally

To serve, place turkey breast on plate and serve with a side pot of sage gravy, you may also choose to add additional elemnets to this dish, such as a potato mash, side salad, chips etc.
