Summer Berry Salad (Gluten Free)

Place jelly crystals into a large measuring jug, pour over boiling water and mix until dissolved, then mix in cold water, gently pour into 10 martini glasses, place in the fridge and set until firm.

Place a small pan on the stove on a high heat, and brandy and flambé, then mix in sugar and orange juice and boil.

Once boiled add 1 pun of strawberries and cook until tender, blitz with bar mix until smooth, and allow to cool.
4.
Quarter 2nd pun strawberries and gently mix the remaining berries and sauce together, spoon evenly into glasses.
5.
Optional: top with gluten free whipped cream and serve.
