Mild Chunky Salsa Pasta Bake
Method:
1.
Preheat oven to 180c.
2.
Cook the pasta 2 minutes under recommended cooking time. Reserve 1 cup of water, drain pasta & place into a baking dish.
3.
Stir in Woods Mild Chunky Salsa, mozzarella, fresh basil, pasta water & combine all ingredients well. Season well. Sprinkle a little more mozzarella cheese over the top, place into the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese turns golden brown.
4.
Serve hot.
