Edlyn Foods was proud to participate in the 2026 Sodexo Leadership Conference, a two-day supplier event bringing together more than 250 key personnel from across Australia. The conference created a valuable opportunity to connect with Site Managers, department heads, national office team members and senior leadership, all focused on strengthening collaboration across the wider Sodexo business.
Throughout the event, we presented a curated selection from our Edlyn, Wood’s, and Freekeh ranges. Conversations extended well beyond product sampling. Teams explored new applications, shared operational challenges, and identified practical solutions designed to improve efficiency and consistency across diverse catering environments.
A key theme across discussions was versatility. Many attendees were interested in how existing products could be used differently across sites, while others discovered ranges they had not previously considered. These insights are invaluable. They help ensure our portfolio continues to support evolving menu demands, streamline preparation processes, and deliver reliable results at scale.
The conference also marked a significant milestone for Sodexo, celebrating 60 years of global service excellence. The Gala Dinner and Awards Night provided a fitting moment to recognise leadership, performance and the collective commitment to quality that underpins the organisation’s success.
