We recently connected with Singapore’s leading hospitality professionals at Bidfood Connect, presenting the Bone Roasters range to Singapore’s industry professionals.

The one day industry event created a focused environment for conversation, product discovery and meaningful connections. Throughout the day, attendees sampled Bone Roasters stocks and jus, experiencing the depth of flavour achieved through traditional slow cooking and carefully selected ingredients. The response from culinary teams highlighted the importance of consistent, high quality foundations that perform across both high volume service and refined menu applications.

For Edlyn, the event was also an opportunity to listen. Discussions centred on kitchen efficiency, flavour consistency and the growing demand for premium, ready to use bases that support modern foodservice operations.

We thank Bidfood Singapore for hosting such a valuable industry gathering and look forward to continuing conversations with Singapore’s dynamic hospitality community.
