The Edlyn Foods team had an incredible few days at Foodservice Australia 2025, held from 18–20 May at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre. As part of Melbourne’s Food and Hospitality Week, this major industry event brought together thousands of foodservice professionals from around the country—and we were proud to be there representing not one, but three of our brands.

From launching new products to connecting with industry peers, the event was a huge success for the Edlyn family.

A Fresh Debut for Sunnyside Premium

We were proud to officially launch Sunnyside Premium, our new brand of individually quick frozen fruits and coulis. The response from chefs and buyers was incredible, and it was exciting to see so much interest in the range on its public debut.

Bone Roasters: Stocks That Stood Out

Just next door, Bone Roasters continued to impress with their range of chef-inspired stocks and jus. With tastings available across the event, foodservice professionals were able to explore the slow-simmered depth of flavour that Bone Roasters is known for. The quality and consistency of the range sparked plenty of great conversations and left a lasting impression on chefs and buyers alike.

Wood’s Condiments at the Best Burger Awards

One of the major drawcards of Foodservice Australia was the Best Burger Awards, where Wood’s Condiments had the honour of being named the official condiment sponsor. Across two days of live competition, Australia’s top burger chefs battled it out for the title, judged by industry experts including Matt Wilkinson and Gary Johnson. From smoky relishes to sharp mustards, Wood’s condiments helped elevate the finalists’ creations and added flavour to a competition packed with energy and talent.

The awards were a celebration of creativity and craftsmanship—and we were proud to see Wood’s play a supporting role on such a big stage.

A Big Thank You

We’d like to thank everyone who visited the Edlyn stand, connected with our team, and shared their enthusiasm for what we do. Events like Foodservice Australia are an important opportunity for us to listen, learn, and grow alongside our industry—and this year was no exception.

We’ll see you again next year—with even more to share.
