Directions & Storage

  • Storage

    Store in a cool, dry place. Opened bags should be sealed to maintain freshness.

  • Directions for use

    1.Measure eggs and water into mixing bowl.

    2. Add Sponge Cake Mix.

    3. Using whisk, mix on speed 1 for 1 minute and scrape down sides.

    4. Mix on speed 3 for 6 - 10 minutes.

    Baking Times

    7" Round Sponge (200g): 180 - 190°C for 15-20 minutes

    Swiss Roll (1100g): 210 - 220°C for 10-12 minutes

    Sponge Slab (2500g): 180 - 190°C for 25-30 minutes
