On 24th October, Edlyn Chefs Aaron Duffy and Roger Hutchins had the pleasure of hosting the Director, Head Chef and kitchen crew from Kelly’s Hotel for an innovation session at Edlyn’s commercial kitchen facility.

On 24th October, Edlyn Chefs Aaron Duffy and Roger Hutchins had the pleasure of hosting the Director, Head Chef and kitchen crew from Kelly’s Hotel for an innovation session at Edlyn’s commercial kitchen facility.

The purpose of the day was to highlight a selection of products from the Edlyn, Wood’s, Bone Roasters and Freekeh range and introduce fresh and exiting ways to integrate these products into unique dishes.

The innovation session proved to be a valuable and enjoyable experience with all attendees leaving well-nourished and inspired to experiment with new flavours and dishes.
