Beef & Onion Marmalade Sliders
Ingredients
- 400g Wood’s Onion Marmalade
- 4 Beef Meatballs
- 4 Rashers Middle Bacon
- 1 Packet Dry Coleslaw
- 4 Small Buns your choice
Method

Preheat grill or frypan on high heat and lightly oil, place pressed meatball patty on heat & cook to your liking.

When finished or at the same time slice bacon in to medium sized pieces and add to grill or frypan.

When complete, apply some Wood’s Onion Marmalade to the base of the bun and then place patty on top.

Add a portion of dry coleslaw to the top of the patty and then add another portion of Wood’s Onion Marmalade to the top of the coleslaw.
