Meat Lovers Pizza
Ingredients
- 60g Wood's Smokey Tomato Relish
- 280g Pizza Base (store brought) or Pizza Dough
- 140g Tomato Sugo (Pomodorro)
- 90g Mozzarella (fresh)
- 30g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 60g Smoked Streaky Bacon (cooked)
- 80g Double Smoked Ham
- 60g Hot Cacciatore Salami
- 90g Italian Pork Sausage (cooked)
Method
Pre-heat oven to 230°C (210°C fan forced) for 10 minutes.
Combine tomato sugo and Wood's Smokey Tomato Relish and spread thinly on pizza base.
Break fresh mozzarella into small pieces and add to pizza base.
Top with streaky bacon, Italian pork sausage, double smoked ham and salami.
Finish off with grated Parmesan.
Place pizza base on a pizza stone or tray and bake in the oven until golden and slightly charred.
