Peanut Butter & Chocolate Muffin
Ingredients
- 1KG Edlyn Muffin Mix
- 480ml Water
- 425g Smooth Peanut Butter
- 225g Edlyn Cocoa Powder
- 200g Crushed Nuts
Method
Combine muffin mix and water in a bowl and mix on a low speed for 1 minute.
Add 225g of Edlyn Cocoa Powder & 225g of Smooth Peanut Butter to bowl and mix on high speed for 3 minutes.
Deposit Muffin Mix into muffin tray lined with paper cups.
Bake for 20 -25 min in a preheated oven at 180C (you can check to see if the muffins are ready by inserting a skewer into the centre of the muffin, if it comes out clean then the muffin is ready).
When ready, let muffins cool on wire tray for 5-10 min before drizzling with smooth peanut butter and then sprinkling crushed nut pieces on top.
