Pulled Pork Tacos

Ingredients

  • 240g Edlyn Mild Chunky Salsa
  • 4pieces Stand "n" Stuff Tortillia Boats
  • 1 Avocado (Diced)
  • 120g Guacamole
  • 90g Ripe Tomato (Diced)
  • 90g Red Onion (Diced)
  • 80g Red Cabbage (Shredded
  • 30g Onion Powder
  • 8g Chilli Flakes
  • 12g Cumin Powder
  • 12g Oregano
  • Lime - to serve
  • Coriander - to garnish

Method

Lightly toast all the spices in a non-stick pan, add the pulled pork to the pan and gently warm through combining all spices.

Add Edlyn Mild Chunky Salsa to the pulled pork and mix well.

To assemble

  • Divide the pulled pork mixture into the 4 tortillia Boats.
  • Add guacamole to the top of the pulled pork.
  • Top with avocado dice, tomato dice, red onion and an extra drizzle of salsa.
  • Finish with red cabbage, coriander and a wedge of lime
