Sales Representative (Phone)

We don’t think you’ll need a lot of time to digest this, but we want to employ a person who loves the challenge of growing sales revenue. It’s a sales role, where you get the chance to call customers based on their request or part of a marketing initiative that encourages them to buy.
This role isn’t just for anybody…, but if you love engaging with people, enjoy learning about them and their business and have a strong achievement drive, then we would love to speak with you!
With the right team, technology and business operations, our focus is creating new and better ways to serve great food experiences. This role will see you selling to a diverse customer base on a number of different marketing initiatives – and they are all warm leads!
Your role will see you:
- Build rapport and develop relationships with customers to gain their buy in to initiating or extending their use of our product range
- Use consultative selling techniques to qualify and question customers to discover their stated/ unstated logical and emotional needs
- Be able to adapt your conversational sales approach based on differing customer types and different marketing initiatives
- Communicate transparently with Edlyn team members and customers in a way that fosters collaboration and teamwork
- Encourage customers to make purchasing decisions based on their needs and buying style
- Build and manage your sales pipeline to ensure you meet your sales activity and performance goals
What we are looking for…
We know this is an exciting opportunity, but there are a few things we need from you:
- An adaptable person who loves changing things up and taking on new challenges
- An ambitious, goal driven personality with a desire to make a difference with customers
- Minimum 2 years’ experience where you have successfully engaged with and have customers buy over the phone
- The ability to grow sales through listening and consultative conversations
- The ability to work autonomously, but also work closely within the entire sales team to reach our overall goals
- The self-awareness to recognise the impact you have on others and ability to manage your own emotional state
- A love of talking on the phone and an alluring vocal presence
