Last Thursday, the Edlyn Team presented Bone Roasters at Bidfood’s Collingwood head office to their National Accounts team, focused on unlocking new opportunities across key foodservice sectors.
The session was designed to support Bidfood’s high end catering, fine dining, hotel and hospitality representatives with practical ideas for using Bone Roasters products in high-volume professional kitchens. By sharing insights, menu inspiration and product applications, the day aimed to bridge the gap between product knowledge and real-world menu development.
Joining the team was Edlyn’s Development Chef Aaron Duffy, who prepared four dishes demonstrating the versatility of the range. The menu showcased applications across three different protein types, including fish, highlighting how our products can enhance flavour, efficiency and consistency across a wide variety of service environments.
The presentation created an open forum for discussion, allowing the Bidfood team to explore new ways to incorporate Bone Roasters ingredients into their sector-specific offerings.
It was a productive day of collaboration and learning, equipping the Bidfood National Accounts team with fresh ideas and practical solutions to better support their customers across healthcare, catering, hotels and broader hospitality.
