Edlyn was proud to attend the Nando’s Supply Partner Indaba 2025 in Daylesford, Victoria — a two-day conference celebrating shared purpose, innovation, and impact across Nando’s supplier network.

The event explored Nando’s company direction, values, and its long-standing Changing Lives initiatives in South Africa, which support local farmers, communities, and up-and-coming designers whose work features in Nando’s restaurants worldwide. Inspiring talks from Nando’s leaders — including CEO Amanda Banfield, Chris Georgiou, Darren Hampton, and Scott Hamilton — reinforced a message of partnership and purpose.

The highlight was the Awards Night, recognising excellence across five categories: Core Values, Changing Lives, Sustainability & Innovation, Commercial Brilliance, and Partner of the Year.

Edlyn was honoured to receive the Changing Lives Award, recognising our shared values and commitment to creating positive social impact. Through initiatives such as The Smith Family’s Learning for Life Program and ongoing support for students entering the food industry, we’re proud to align with Nando’s mission to make a difference beyond the plate.

A big thank you to our team and Nando’s partners — Lynette Marcus, Beau Hall, Linda Ly, Andre Roberts, Lindsay Sacks, Tony Dowling, and Kriss Alexander — for their collaboration and dedication.

Together, we’re building a partnership grounded in trust, innovation, and the belief that great business can change lives.
