The doors have closed on another successful Fine Food Australia, and what an incredible four days it was at ICC Sydney. From 8–11 September, our team had the privilege of showcasing the strength and breadth of Edlyn’s portfolio to chefs, operators, and foodservice professionals from across the country.
Our stand became a hub of conversation, with industry peers gathering to experience the quality, innovation, and chef-driven solutions that define our brands. Wood’s Condiments impressed with its bold flavour range, Bone Roasters captivated with stocks and jus that deliver unmatched depth, and Sunnyside Premium highlighted the power of individually quick frozen fruits and vegetables to bring consistency to kitchens large and small.
Across the week, we connected with hundreds of passionate professionals—sharing stories, listening to challenges, and exploring opportunities to support their businesses with products that perform. The feedback we received reaffirmed our mission: to be a trusted partner to the Australian foodservice industry, delivering solutions that balance quality, value, and creativity.
