An International Event
A biennial world chef championship, Bocuse d'Or sees the world's most prestigious chefs come together from all over the world to compete for the prestigious gold trophy. Each team consists of two chefs: a lead chef and commis chef, competing against the clock to prepare innovative culinary dishes. From Australasia to Lyon, chefs represent their countries at three levels.
