Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Opened bags should be sealed to maintain freshness.
Directions for use
1.Add water and vegetable oil to bowl.
2. Add Chocolate Mud Cake Mix.
3. Blend using a whisk for 30 seconds. Scrape down bowl.
4. Whisk on medium speed for 5 minutes. Scrape off as required.
5. Scale batter into tins or cake pans.
Baking Times
Bar/Round Tea Cakes: Bake at 180°C for 25 - 30 minutes
(Batter 300 - 400g)
Medium Block Cakes: Bake at 175°C for 35 - 40 minutes
(32cm x 26cm x 6.5cm | Batter 1.70kg)
Large Bar/Round Tea Cakes: Bake at 180°C for 65 - 75 minutes
(34cm x 18cm x 6.5cm | Batter 1.25kg)
