As part of Edlyn’s mid-year sales conference, the sales & marketing team took part in a day of product training focusing on the Bone Roasters range of stocks, jus & glace.
The team had a change to discuss the versatility of the Bone Roasters range of products and their application in simplistic to more in-depth recipe creations.
With Edlyn’s Executive Chef Aaron Duffy working alongside team members throughout the day, the sales & marketing team had a chance to get their hands dirty creating an array of soups, sauces and main meals using everything from the brands signature veal stock to its rich red wine jus and veal glace.
It was a fantastic day allowing our team to further their product knowledge and truly understand how these products are used and perform in a kitchen environment.
