May 26: Edlyn Foods Wraps Up Food & Hospitality Week 2026

The Edlyn Foods team had a great few days at the Restaurant & Foodservice Show this week. Bringing together thousands of foodservice professionals from across the country, the event was a strong opportunity to connect with chefs, operators and industry partners and we were proud to be there representing three of our brands.

The Edlyn Foods team had a great few days at the Restaurant & Foodservice Show this week. Bringing together thousands of foodservice professionals from across the country, the event was a strong opportunity to connect with chefs, operators and industry partners and we were proud to be there representing three of our brands.

From live competitions to conversations on the stand, it was a valuable few days for the Edlyn team.

Three Brands on Show

Wood’s Condiments, Bone Roasters and Sunnyside Premium were all on display across the event, each engaging chefs with products designed for consistency and performance in professional kitchens.

From condiments and chef-inspired stocks to individually quick frozen fruits and coulis, the range sparked strong interest and plenty of great conversations across the three days.

Bone Roasters at Chef of the Year

Bone Roasters was proud to sponsor the Australian Professional Chef of the Year competition, supporting a field of talented chefs as they showcased skill, creativity and precision under pressure. Congratulations to this year’s winner Oliver Garrioch from Gimlet, Melbourne.  

The competition was a highlight of the week, and it was great to see Bone Roasters aligned with such a respected platform for culinary excellence.

Wood’s at the Best Burger Competition

Wood’s Condiments also played a key role in Australia’s Best Burger competition, supplying condiments across the event.

With chefs pushing flavour and execution, the competition delivered plenty of energy and creativity. Wood’s was proud to support the category and be part of the action. Congratulations to this year’s winner, Steve Youngho Park from Busy Bee Kitchen Moss Vale.
