The event was a valuable opportunity to showcase the Edlyn Foods range, catch up with customers and hear directly from the people working across Queensland’s foodservice industry.
From conversations on the stand to the action happening across the show floor, it was a busy and rewarding couple of days for the team.
Three Brands on Show
Wood’s Condiments, Bone Roasters and Sunnyside Premium were on display across the two-day event, giving chefs and operators the chance to explore products designed for consistency, flavour and performance in professional kitchens.
From condiments and chef-inspired stocks to individually quick frozen fruits and coulis, the range sparked strong interest and plenty of great conversations across the show.

Bone Roasters was proud to sponsor the Queensland Professional Chef of the Year competition, supporting a talented group of chefs as they put their skill, creativity and precision to the test.
Congratulations to this year’s winner Dario Manca from Attimi Brisbane for an incredible performance across the competition, showing his skill and creativity under pressure.
The competition was a highlight of the expo, and it was great to see Bone Roasters supporting a platform that celebrates some of Queensland’s best culinary talent.
