Store in a cool, dry place. Opened bags should be securely sealed to maintain freshness.
Directions for use
1. Place cold water and eggs into bowl, then add Edlyn Utility Cake Mix
2. Using a whisk, mix on 1st speed (slow) for 1 min Scrape down bowl
3. Mix on 3rd speed for 4 min
4. Mix on 1st speed for 2 min
*OPTIONAL: Blend fruit gentle into batter
5. Scale batter into tins or cake
Baking Times
350-400g Bar/Round Tea Cakes: Bake at 180°C for 25 - 30 minutes
Large Bar/Round Tea Cakes: Bake at 180°C for 65 - 75 minutes (34cm x 18cm x 6.5cm | Batter 1.25kg)
