Bone Roasters recently appeared at the Foodservice Australia show, held from May 19-21 at International Convention & Exhibition Centre in Darling Harbour, Sydney.

The three-day event offered a fantastic opportunity for Bone Rosters to present its premium crafted stocks and jus to thousands of foodservice and hospitality customers. The feedback from the chefs and attendees who sampled the range was outstanding as they were extremely impressed by the quality of the products.

Additionally, Bone Roasters sponsored the Chef of the Year 2024 competition, with each contestant able to use our range within their remarkable dishes. Tommy Prosser from Crustacean Nation, NSW was crowned the 2024 Chef of the Year; we would like to congratulate Tommy on an incredible performance throughout the heats and finals, along with the other 31 contestants on their amazing dishes cooked throughout the 3-day event.

Edlyn would like to thank Foodservice Australia for having Bone Roasters at the tradeshow, and Chef of the Year for the opportunity to sponsor such an important and captivating event.
