Earlier this week, the Edlyn Foods team travelled to Sydney to attend the official launch party for Chef of the Year and Patisserie, hosted by Bidfood at their Sydney venue.

As the proud sponsor of Chef of the Year, Bone Roasters was pleased to be part of an event that brought together finalists, judges, organisers and industry partners ahead of the upcoming competitions.

The evening was a valuable opportunity to meet the talented chefs taking part in this year’s competition, connect with the judging panel and hear more about what lies ahead. For the contestants, it also provided a chance to ask questions, gain clarity and prepare for the competition environment before they step into the kitchen.

Bone Roasters is built on a deep respect for chefs and the work that goes into creating exceptional food. Supporting Chef of the Year is a natural extension of that commitment, celebrating the skill, discipline and creativity that continues to drive Australia’s foodservice industry forward.

We would like to thank Bidfood for hosting a great evening and the team at National Media, for bringing the event together and continuing to create opportunities that recognise and support culinary talent.
