The December edition of the ‘Inside Edlyn’ newsletter starts off with a fascinating article from our CEO discussing a recent Australia-wide survey conducted by Edlyn with the assistance of an external specialist of our end user customers regarding the measuring of loyalty, and our customer’s inclination to recommend Edlyn and brands to others.
Another interesting article featured is on Edlyn hosting our inaugural Supplier of the Year awards, where our 30 top key supplying partners attended.
The newsletter also contains an article showcasing two new Edlyn videos that have been created. The ‘Company’ video is about the history of Edlyn and its growth to become one of Australia’s leading foodservice manufacturers, as well as its quality, production, warehousing and distribution capabilities. The ‘Values’ video is about capturing the spirit of it’s employees, focusing on the culture of the business and ultimately those employees who embody its values.
There is an article that introduces our hard-working Innovation team, providing some insight into each team member, their industry background and what makes them so valuable to Edlyn.
The newsletter also features a ‘Meet the Customer’ article on a loyal customer – Santos Café & Bar.
Finally, there are two smaller articles with one being on the installation of a brand new 50,000L liquid sugar tank to increase the onsite capacity of liquid sugar and the other is a nice article about our longest serving employee – Lydia Russell reaching her 20 year milestone.
