Edlyn’s Innovation team and Development Chef Aaron Duffy had worked closely together to create some new and inventive ways to integrate the Greenwheat Freekeh product into mainstream dishes.
Coupled with this was the development of some delicious new condiment and topping flavours focusing on some emerging flavour trends.
Edlyn’s Innovation days offer a unique platform to showcase new product ideas to the internal team. New concepts are presented to the team in a restaurant like experience, offering entrée, main and dessert options.
This allows the new ideas to be showcased in the way a customer may choose to use them. It also offers an unrivalled taste experience helping to show the flavour profiles of each new concept.
