Sep 16: Edlyn showcases new packaging & branding at Fine Food Melbourne

Edlyn Food’s appeared at this year’s Fine Food exhibition at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre from the 12^th – 15^th September.

The Fine Food event is the country’s leading foodservice and hospitality tradeshow with over 32 years’ experience in connecting local and international buyers with suppliers and manufacturers from around the globe.

With over 1,000 exhibitors from 45 countries, the event attracts close to 20,000 visitors from the hospitality industry. Edlyn Foods used the event to launch its latest packaging and branding concepts, which were extremely well received by the trade with many surprised at the level of detail within the packaging.

The event was also used to showcase several new products from Edlyn with the new Napolitano sauce surprising many with its fantastic taste profile which for many was different to anything they had tasted in a premade Napolitano sauce product.

Edlyn also used the show as an opportunity to get feedback on products that were yet to be launched such as several new topping flavours and a Friand premix. The feedback on the Friand premix was extremely positive with many experienced bakers and café chefs giving confirmation on the taste and texture profile and were quite surprised how nice the product was being that it was made using a premix.
