The Mexican Taco Salad incorporates avocado, black beans, char-grilled corn, cherry tomatoes, onion, bell peppers, baby spinach, cos lettuce, and is accompanied with toasted corn chips, a coriander & lime vinaigrette and chipotle mayonnaise which is made using Wood's rich and creamy Vegan Mayonnaise to complete this Gluten Free meal.
Beautiful and distinctive, the Salt Crusted Pork Belly utilises Wood's Hot Apple Chutney as the ingredient bringing this whole dish together. Paired with free range pork, sweet potato puree, broccolini, a fresh apple & walnut salad and port wine jus, the Wood's Hot Apple Chutney perfectly balances out this rich and fresh tasting meal.
These arancini balls served with basil aioli are a great addition to a main meal or even with a few drinks. The richness of the sweet roasted pumpkin, wild mushroom, fresh thyme and encased in golden panko crumbs is a delicious combination with the creaminess of the Edlyn Thick Egg Mayonnaise based basil aioli - a popular sharing plate at Kelly's Hotel.
Kelly's Steak Sandwich comes with a mouthwatering 120 day grain fed scotch fillet, crispy streaky bacon, grilled onions, butter lettuce, Swiss cheese, beetroot, Wood's Green Tomato Pickle, topped with a fried egg and served in a warm Turkish roll with truffle oil and a generous amount of Wood's Tomato Relish to go with the side of thick chips.
A regular as a bar snack or as a main meal, the Kelly's Mixed Sliders offer three burger variations from the fried chicken with lettuce and galic aioli using the richness of the Edlyn Thick Egg Mayonnaise as the base. There is also a pulled pork slider with smokey BBQ sauce and Cajun slaw and a popular Angus beef slider with bacon, lettuce and Wood's Tomato Relish.
